Kinda funny about the timing with Iraq as well that we were talking about the other day...now the financial stuff is coming to a head, and all of a sudden it seems Maliki is about to resign, or implement Arbil, again...funny how it always seemed so close, then as soon as the financial can was kicked once more, they would sink back to delaying....good call CK and Pan on this one!
