اعلن رئيسُ اقليم كردستان العراق مسعود بارزاني ان الاكرادَ لن يتركوا بغداد للاخرين كما لن يساوموا على كركوك، مؤكدا انه في حال ظهور اي خلاف بين الاقليم وبغداد يجب ان يكونَ الدستورُ الاتحادي هو الحكم.
