Osman: signs of a significant breakthrough for the outstanding issues between the central government and the Kurdistan region

U.S. Attorney for the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, Mahmoud Othman, a sign of great breakthrough of the outstanding issues between the Government of the Kurdistan region and the central government.
He said: "There are steps towards a solution and the desire of the parties the seriousness of a serious dialogue to resolve these problems."
Osman added: "The next few days, especially after the elections, the Kurdistan region, will be exchanged visits at high level between Baghdad and Erbil to solve these problems."
He said: "The solution to these problems and outstanding issues will be through the Constitution, because the parties were aware that the solution must be internal and no one can intervene to solve the outstanding issues."
There were a number of outstanding issues between the central government and Kurdistan regional government, including the issues of oil and the presence of the Peshmerga in the areas outside the boundaries of the region and the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution and others.
