كركوك 9 ايلول / سبتمبر ( أكا نيوز )-قال مسؤول محلي في قضاء خانقين اليوم (الاربعاء) ان المادة 140 من الدستور العراقي الدائم ، الحقت أضراراً في المدينة وتسببت في ابقاء قضاياهاعالقة بين الحكومة الاتحادية في بغداد وحكومة اقليم كردستان . Kirkuk, September 9 (aka News) - A local official in Khanaqin today (Wednesday) that Article 140 of the permanent Iraqi constitution, caused damage in the city and helped keep Qzaiahaalqp between the federal government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
وقال قائمقام خانقين محمد ملا حسن في حوار مع وكالة كردستان للأنباء (أكا نيوز) " بالرغم من ان المادة 140 مابرحت قائمة كمادة دستورية ، الا انها اجهضت عدة مرات ما الحق اضراراص جسيمة ببلدة خانقين " . The city's mayor, Mohammed Mullah Hassan in an interview with the Kurdish news agency (aka News) "Although the section 140 list of CER as a constitutional, but she miscarried several times have the right Adhararas grave in the town of Khanaqin."

And calls upon the constitutional article 140 to the normalization and census and then the referendum in the disputed areas between the Government of the province and the federal government.
وتقع خانقين 170 كم شرق العاصمة العراقية بغداد، وهي من المناطق المتنازع عليها بين الحكومة العراقية الاتحادية وحكومة اقليم كردستان. Khanaqin is located 170 km east of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, one of the disputed areas between the Iraqi government and the Federal Government of the Kurdistan region.
