Scheduled Kuwaiti visit to close the file of compensation and drive Iraq from Chapter VII
"Compatibility" hopes to close the file compensation with Kuwait during a visit to Baghdad, Al-Kharafi

Iraqi Accordance Front, said it hopes that the upcoming visit of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Jassem Al-Kharafi to Baghdad, to close the file of compensation and drive Iraq from Chapter VII. The MP said the front Abdul Karim Al-Samarrai: "The visit of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker coming to Baghdad, will open new horizons for cooperation between the two countries." It is scheduled to pay a visit to Baghdad, Al-Kharafi response to the visit by the President of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Iyad al-Samarrai. Samarrai said in a statement quoted by news agency Iba, "We are in Iraq we welcome this visit and we hope to be in the right direction and contribute to building a new relationship based on mutual respect," pointing out that "to build this relationship needs both sides to move away from statements that not serve to restore the relationship natural between the two countries, Noting at the same time the need to serve this relationship in the end the completion of the file and exit the Compensation Iraq from Chapter VII. " He stressed that "Iraq's real desire to build a natural and positive relations with all Arab and Islamic countries in order to return Iraq to exercise its role in the Arab and Islamic world, and that the intervention would be positive and not negative as in the negative interference of some neighboring countries in Iraqi affairs.

Yup Chapt 7 is still there...and Kuwait resolution is what keeping Iraq from joining the GCC....This should be fun to watch.

Sorry JohnJay/Duckie......doubt these meetings have much to do with our RV(how many of these meetings have come and passed so far?), more political cannon fodder for reasons why it hasn't happened at best.....the world economy is the primary issue.

if anything is an issue for Chapter7 not being lifted it's because the GOI has produced no results on anything since they have set up government.....no HCL....no Article 140....still even working on a freaking election law that should have been passed long ago.

Johnj/duckie just posting this article on a couple of threads...don't think this meeting has anything to do with it either since maliki has a bunch of them all the time and no RV every shows up....guess Johnj/Duckie is giving us a RIDDLE!!! without giving a reason why he is posting the "same" article on different threads.....but then again johnj/duckie said Chap 7 was DONE and didn't MATTER!! it was Saudi debt that was the problem....but then again johnj/duckie is a "proven" lier!! probably because he has a "headache" and don't know no better
