Erbil, April 6 (AKnews) – A relevant source form Gorran (change) movement announced that during the meeting of the political parties with the president of Kurdistan Region, some agreements were made for forming a Kurdish coalition to unify Kurdish stance in Baghdad.
The proposals of the last Sunday's meeting were discussed at Tuesday's meeting.
"The Kurdish president Massoud Barzani announced at the meeting that he would solve the issue of the dismissed supporters of Gorran movement", representative of Gorran movement Qadr Hajji Ali said.
A Kurdish list under the name of "The Coalition of the Kurdistan's Fractions Commission" was the outcome of the meeting. The Coalition embraces the five Kurdish winner lists of the Iraq March 7 poll; the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), The Kurdistan Islamic Group (KIG), Gorran movement, and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). The coalition will be making agreements outside the Iraqi parliament hall on the Kurdish decisive issues, Ali explained.
A panel is formed to draft the agenda of the coalition.
"Another committee has been formed from representatives of the winner lists for making negotiations with the Iraqi parties for government formation", Ali concluded.
