SEOUL, April 9 (Reuters) - An appreciation of the Chinese yuan may be good for South Korea's economy, although it may also put upward pressure on the won, Seoul's top financial regulator said on Friday.
'Yuan appreciation may be positive for our economy overall, but may put upward pressure on the won,' Chin Dong-soo, chairman of the Financial Services Commission, told a parliamentary session.
