On a china converter it says:

1.0000 IQD	=	0.0008561 USD
伊拉克第纳尔 (IQD)		美元 (USD)
1 IQD = 0.0008561 USD		1 USD = 1,168.13 IQD

if you take the 3 zero's off (0.00)....it would give ya .08561

Another china one I have says:

1 IQD 伊拉克第纳尔	=	0.0008558 USD 美元
