Stressed member of the Iraqi MP Hamid al-Mutlaq the need to derive the central government its power from the authority of the Constitution and respect the law, especially that the country urgently need to strengthen national unity and to release all the powers of the provinces and the application of Article (106) of the Constitution, which states that "federal authority will maintain the Iraq's unity and integrity, independence, sovereignty and its federal democratic system "
Al-Mutlaq said in a statement Wednesday singled out by the news agency Dawn of Peace (full) : that the Iraqi street, and Elias was frustrated as a result of lack of seriousness of the government in its ability to deal with what is happening in Iraq from the violations and abuses and failure to provide services,
