Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Friday, Kuwait to assume responsible for "Adventures" of Saddam Hussein, with the amount of strain compensation, described some of the demands of Iraq Kuwait b "prohibitive".

What a hoot, missing persons and archives has always just been an excuse to keep Iraq under Chapter VII. A day late and a dollar short, thats Iraq. Wonder when they will realize that Kuwait has the upper hand, where did our troops go when they left Iraq, Yep Kuwait.

They seem to be short on brains, and long on bickering and procrastination...we could be here for awhile yet...
