New Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah his country's desire to convert the remainder of the compensation to the economic investments in Iraq to promote the positive spirit and serve the people of the two countries. Al-Sabah said in remarks to Iraq that his country looks forward to the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Kuwait to discuss outstanding issues. To announced that the Kuwaiti ambassador to Baghdad, to the insured that the Emir of Kuwait, carried a letter to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki confirms that Kuwait is not putting any obstacles in the way out of Iraq from Chapter VII
