Barzani: Kirkuk as a Kurdish city of constitutional article 140 will become a symbol of the fraternal coexistence of

Head of Iraq's Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani on Sunday said that Kurds will not leave Baghdad, others will not Isawmwa of Kirkuk, which has become a symbol of the contested areas between Baghdad and Arbil.
