PARLIAMENTARIANS: all faded and nonsensical justification for the survival of Iraq under Chapter Seven

Handled a broad spectrum of political and parliamentary multi-Iraq and
the plight of hope out of the item in the seventh against neighboring
countries.

The MPs said in parliament: that Iraq needed to be out of Chapter
VII sanctions imposed because the time was under the banner of a
dictatorial regime that was part of the sanctions imposed on it.

Meanwhile, Bloc MP said the coalition and a member of the
National Reconciliation Commission to shield Taha (term): that Iraq
today is different from Iraq yesterday, Iraq today because the federal
parliamentary peaceful with its neighbors, particularly the State of
Kuwait.

He added that the shield on Kuwait to help Iraq get out of this
heading, not to punish the people and the objective of the debate for
it is the Samurai in Kuwait out of Iraq with regard to this item in
addition to the file of compensation paid by Iraq, which is still in
desperate need.

And the deputy from the coalition bloc that all down and there
was no justification or excuse for the survival of Iraq under this
heading.

Said a member of the Kurdistan Alliance Abdelbari Zebari: that UN
resolution, not a regional decision, adding that the UN supports Iraq
out of Chapter VII, asserting that the right Iraq to interact with the
international community and a lot of friendly and allied countries, and
not the others of that sensitivity.

Zebari said that many of the obligations imposed on Iraq,
including the compensation of the neighboring countries, namely Kuwait,
it has the largest share of the compensation and must have a vote here
and there to demand an end to this subject.

Zebari said the parliament speaker Jassem al-Kharafi and head of
the Iraqi parliament Iyad Samarrai reached positive results and Kuwait
seemed less opposed to the exit from Iraq than before, but it needs
more time.

Zebari said that there are a lot of the outstanding issues with
neighboring countries, especially Kuwait and including the demarcation
of the border, family and those files need to be work and perseverance
by both parties.

With MP Sami al-Askari, an Alliance of neighboring Kuwait hoped
to understand the development of the new Iraq to be reassured of this
situation and that is what happened in the past, adding that Iraqis
have a genuine desire and sincere fraternal co-existence with
neighboring countries, especially Kuwait, called on Kuwaitis to be more
positive in supporting the new situation in Iraq.

The military said the visit of the President of the Chamber of
Deputies of the State of Kuwait aimed at resolving the outstanding
issues, and it comes within the Iraqi effort to resolve the problems
and the outstanding issues between the two countries, especially Iraq
and seek a solution through these files to get out of Chapter VII,
adding that the invasion of the former regime had created the State of
Kuwait These files and the outstanding issues which need to be a
genuine desire to solve them.
