sources revealed Thursday that an argument between the State of law
coalition and the Kurdish Alliance because benefits oil companies
operating in Kurdistan, during the meeting of Heads of parliamentary
blocs to agree on a budget for fiscal year 2013, adding that House
speaker Osama Al-nujaifi threatened to "reset" the budget law in the
absence of agreement the Finance Committee within two days.
