I just got off the phone with my source. Apparently, the CBI is denying the RV until it actually is finalized on Wednesday. Only a small subset of the Iraqi government within the purview of the "need to know" loop has been told about the RV in what they call a memo of notification. My source in the APs "E"-wing talked to an Iraqi official who facilitates the liaison to Al-Shibibi. My source probed until he received answers but his sub-source urged that he be placed on deep background in fear of a legal investigation. Otherwise my source could be deemed a persona non grata--yes it is that serious. Therefore, I cannot give specifics on who the official is, but I can tell you that he has access to high quality intelligence.

I am releasing this because it has been corroborated by a second user on this site. I dislike giving single-threaded info as we call it, without confirmation. I'm counting up my dinars and keeping my schedule open so that I can cash in! No more rumours, only victory.
