Maliki's visit to the United States: The promotion of cooperation and strategic investment to move the file

Convey Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki during his visit to the United States, the most prominent of more than one file, activating the strategic framework agreement and spur investment in the country and ousting Iraq from Section VII of money.
Maliki will leave Baghdad on Sunday for a visit to the United States for a few days, it is headed by a high-level delegation, comprising a number of ministers and deputies, advisers and experts in the State.
According to MP Abbas al-Bayati, a member of the security and defense committee in Parliament, Maliki's visit will focus on the withdrawal because of driving in the right way according to what was agreed upon between the two countries.
The Prime Minister had said last month: "The purpose of the visit the United States is to achieve stabilization of aspects included in the framework agreement and activate it for the benefit of Iraq, but the withdrawal, but there is no need to be confirmed as the act properly in practice." Maliki's visit to Washington, his first after the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the cities, and the third since he took office in June 2006.
Al-Bayati said, "morning," the prime minister will meet with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and President of the UN Security Council to urge the need to drive Iraq out of money after item VII to abide by all provisions of the resolutions imposed on Iraq because of the policies of the previous regime.
It should be noted that Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, who is currently in New York to continue his talks with the Permanent Representatives of Member States in the Security Council, in an effort to lift the UN sanctions, and the formulation of a new justice to Iraq and set an exact date for his exit from Chapter VII.
The al-Bayati of the Prime Minister to include in the agenda of many meetings with U.S. officials in the forefront of President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's Foreign Minister and members of the management of the White House, indicating that Maliki will also meet members of the Iraqi community in the United States, especially that he will visit more than one mandate, and will be addressed during the groupings of U.S. colleges and institutes will be invited to it. Maliki during his visit to discuss relations between Baghdad and Washington on the strategic framework agreement, which includes the development of economic relations and trade, cultural, scientific, and subsequent steps for the security and up to the year 2011 the date of the withdrawal of foreign full of Iraqi territory, in addition to agreement on contract investment conference in Washington, to attract capital to Iraq and participate in the campaign of building and reconstruction.
