Iraq is preparing for the third round of negotiations to join the World Trade Organization WTO
أكد مصدر في دائرة العلاقات الاقتصادية الخارجية في وزارة التجارة ان اللجنة الفنية المعنية بدراسة ملف التجارة والسلع عقدت عدة اجتماعات من أجل تقديم العرض الاولي للتجارة في السلع المبني على اساس مسودة مشروع قانون التعرفة الكمركية.
A source with the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Commerce of the Technical Committee to study the file of goods trade and has held several meetings in order to provide the initial supply of trade in goods based on the draft bill customs tariffs.
و يعتبر هذا الملف من الملفات المهمة والتي تم تكليف الجانب العراقي انجازها وتقديمها سكرتارية الى منظمة التجارة العالمية WTO ضمن الجولة الثالثة المزمع عقدها خلال الاشهر المقبلة في مدينة جنيف السويسرية .
This is a file and files of the task which was assigned to the Iraqi side completed and submitted to the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization WTO into the third round to be held in the coming months in the Swiss city of Geneva.
واضاف المصدر نفسه بأن اللجنة الفنية قد أنجزت ملف الدعم الزراعي الحكومي ( DS1-DS9 ) بصيغته النهائية والخاص باتفاقية الزراعة المعتمد لدى منظمة التجارة العالمية بالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة .
The same source added that the Technical Committee has completed the file of the State Agricultural Support (DS1-DS9) as final and the Convention on agriculture, adopted at the World Trade Organization in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture.
من جانب آخر ذكر المصدر بأن دائرة العلاقات الاقتصادية الخارجية تتحرك باتجاهات تدعيم العلاقات الخارجية مع بلدان العالم مما يعكس صورة ايجابية على اقتصاد البلاد بشكل عام ، حيث تم عقد اتفاقيات ثنائية من خلال السفارات والملحقيات التجارية العراقية المنتشرة في دول العالم .
On the other hand, the source said that the Department of Foreign Economic Relations is moving in all directions to strengthen ties with foreign countries in the world, reflecting a positive image of the country's economy in general, where bilateral agreements have been held by the embassies and the Iraqi commercial attaché in the spread of the world.
مضيفاً بان هناك عدداً من مشاريع اتفاقيات للتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري والعلمي والفني بين العراق ودول عدة مثل أذربيجان وسنغافورة وتركيا وايران وهذه المشاريع حالياً في إعداد المصادقة عليها من قبل الجانبين .
He said, adding that there are a number of draft agreements on economic cooperation and trade, scientific and technical between Iraq and several countries such as Azerbaijan, Singapore, Turkey, Iran, and the projects currently in the preparation of its ratification by both sides.
وعلى صعيد متصل أفادت دائرة العلاقات الاقتصادية الخارجية ان هناك اتفاقيات للتعاون التجاري والعلمي والفني مع دول التشيك وسلوفاكيا ورومانيا والبوسنة والهرسك وبلغاريا حيث تم ارسال تلك الاتفاقيات ال مجلس شورى الدولة بوزارة العدل من أجل دراستها وتقديم المشورة بصددها ومن ثم المصادقة عليها.
At the level of reported relating to the foreign economic relations that there are agreements of commercial cooperation and scientific and technical with the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, where such conventions have been sent of the State Consultative Council, the Ministry of Justice to study and provide advice which is then ratified.
مشيراً الى انه تم التوقيع في لندن على اتفاقية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتقني بين العراق وبريطانيا من قبل نائب رئيس الوزراء د.
He added that he was signed in London an agreement on economic and technical cooperation between Iraq and Britain by Deputy Prime Minister Dr.
برهم صالح خلال حضوره مؤخراً لمؤتمر لندن للاستثمار في العراق لتكون بديلة عن اتفاقية التعاون الاقتصادي والفني الموقعة بين البلدين عام 1981.
Barham Saleh, during his presence in the London Conference to invest in Iraq to be a substitute for the economic and technical cooperation signed between the two countries in 1981.
وكان العراق قد عقد عدة لقاءات على صعيد اللجان المشتركة مع الدول العربية حيث اتخذت تلك اللجان عدداً من التوصيات لدعم التعاون المشترك.
Iraq had held several meetings at the level of joint committees with the Arab countries where such committees have taken a number of recommendations to support the joint cooperation.
