I'm still of the mindset that Kuwait doesn't have nearly as much to do with Chapter 7 still being in place.....believe the UN is holding the GOI's feet to the fire over issues like Article140 and perhaps the HCL....the Kuwait scenario just sells more newspapers.

BS!!!!!!!!!! UNSC is still talking about the resolution so they have not been a "done deal in iraq hands on paper"...good grief...reading the UN documents tell you that.
