Parliament summons finance minister to discuss complementary budget

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The parliament’s chairmanship decided on Tuesday to summon Finance Minister Mohamed Jabr al-Zubaidi to answer questions related to the way of compensating the deficit of the complementary budget which registered ID3.9 trillion.
Speaker of the parliament Iyad al-Samarraie announced after the first reading of the complementary budget bill, that the finance minister will be summoned to answer questions related to the complementary budget.
He announced adjourning the session until Thursday (Sept. 10).
