IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss Kahn to Visit Singapore and China

The Managing Director will also deliver the 2009 MAS Lecture on the role of Asia in reshaping the post-crisis global economy.
After his visit to Singapore, Mr. Strauss-Kahn will visit Beijing
on November 16-17 to discuss with the Chinese authorities their policy
response to the global crisis and solicit views from senior government
officials regarding the outlook for the Chinese and world economies.
The Managing Director will also participate in the International
Finance Forum, a platform backed by official entities in China and
various international financial organizations that promotes
communication on global financial and development issues. Mr.
Strauss-Kahn will also meet with students and faculty at Tsinghua
University.
