BAGHDAD-The Associated Press has withdrawn its story about an oil deal in Iraq. The Iraqi prime minister did not say Tuesday that the government had approved a major oil deal with a consortium grouping oil giants Exxon Mobil Corp. and Royal Dutch Shell PLC.
