UN Security Council Votes on Article VII
9 Votes are needed to lift the Article VII sanctions against Iraq when the Security Council meets in Mid-June.
The 5 permanent members of the council are: CHINA, FRANCE, RUSSIAN FEDERATION, UK, and USA.
US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner visited CHINA in early June. Why? Probably to calm China over their 2 Trillion investment is US Dollars, which are projected for extreme depreciation via inflation. Might they now have the option to swap to Dinars, and profit from an RV?
