Looking Iraq with the United Nations mechanisms for co-financing of projects,
Erbil, May 16 (Akaniwz) - The chairman of the Iraqi Cabinet advisers outgoing Sunday, that the Commission held a meeting today with the United Nations to search for co-financing mechanisms for projects of donor countries.
And the transfer of the National Center for information about Thamer Ghadhban as saying that "The meeting recommended the formation of a joint technical committee between the relevant ministries, to choose the mechanisms that is consistent with legislative and administrative frameworks in Iraq."
For its part, said the Humanitarian Coordinator in Iraq, Christine McNab said that "the UN organization designed to better define the mechanisms for co-financing, through the recruitment of international expertise for the benefit of Iraq."
In turn, asked the representative of the Ministry of Finance "subjecting the co-financing projects to the controls and instructions of government contracts with respect to the port by the Iraqi government and coordination between the ministries concerned."
