Iraqi list suggests holding 1st parliament session on Thursday

BAGHDAD -- The Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi suggested Sunday that the first parliamentary session be held next Thursday.
Member Intisar Allawi told KUNA that the list received a request signed by Iraqi President Jalal Talabani regarding the timing suggested for holding parliament's first session.
Based on the Iraqi constitution, the date of the first session is to be chosen within 15 days of endorsing election's results.
