Newspaper The Wall Street Journal Next week, Iraqi officials are preparing to set up a welcome ceremony for the return of the world's major oil companies to Iraq. Where the government intends to publicly auction to sell oil contracts to foreign companies for the first time since the nationalization of Iraq's oil for more than three decades.
If things go according to plan in the first round, and will contribute to foreign oil companies to help Iraq to revive the production of six oil fields that have suffered from years of war and neglect.
