Kurdistan Alliance calls for speeding up the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution

Congress passed Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Council of Representatives issued a statement Saturday in which they called upon to accelerate the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution, as well as the ratification by the Parliament on the draft constitution of Kurdistan province of Kurdistan, which guarantees the rights of all the components of the province.
