Waiting for a statement from the Middle East Direct Negotiations that are going on right now in Washington. We suspect that an agreement needs to be made between Israel, Palestine and their neighbor, Egypt.
If there is an agreement, then that is a good sign indicating that the reinstatement of a rate is very near. If not, then we still have the following events to look forward to.

_Iraq will chair the Arab League beginning in September and will host the Arab Summit in March in Baghdad.
_Iraq will celebrate Eid on September 10th. Eid is celebrated like our Christmas and is a time for giving gifts ...what better gift than $cash.
