20-06-2011 | (Voice of Iraq) - The advisory board organized in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Mthelo the United Nations and international agencies, the first meeting of the Steering Committee of the strategic framework
Organized by the advisers in the Council of Ministers in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, the first meeting of the Steering Committee of the Strategic Framework Bhoudormmthel the United Nations, and representatives of the Ministries of Finance, Planning and Housing in the province of Kurdistan, along with representatives of the U.S. Agency for International Development, the Swedish Embassy and the UNDP, the United Nations Children's Fund and the World Health Organization, the Organization of the United Nations Education, Science and Culture, and a number of other UN agencies, and a number of experts and advisers in the body.
During the meeting, chaired by Mr. Thamer Ghadban chief advisers discussed and approved the terms of reference of the Committee, and business rules, and the presentation of projects and criteria for approval in line with the priorities of the Iraqi government.
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi government represented by the Ministry of Planning has signed a strategic framework document that was drafted in line with the national development plan.

The advisory board is discussing with the Donor Committee escalating rates of achievement in projects funded by the International Fund for the reconstruction of Iraq
Discussed the advisers in the Cabinet with the Donor Committee of the International Fund for the reconstruction of Iraq, which was established in 2004 under the chairmanship of Denmark as a representative for the rest of the international donors for Iraq meeting atheist of the Committee of the presence of representatives of donor countries in Baghdad as well as representatives of UN organizations and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, and representatives of Ministries of Planning and Finance and a number of experts and advisers in the body.
During the meeting, a progress in the completion of projects financed from the funds the United Nations and the World Bank.
It should be noted that planned to be closed this fund in 2013 after the completion of all projects financed by it, and transfer the remaining funds to the Fund's new strategic framework of the United Nations.
