BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi Minister of Finance Rafi' Al-Issawi called today all Iraqi missions abroad to follow up Iraqi financial assets out side the country.
In his speech before the 3rd.
ambassadors conference held here, he said "Iraqi missions abroad has a role to follow up Iraqi assets abroad," stressing "the importance in believing in the Iraqi economy and opening horizons before foreign investments."
"The role of the Foreign Ministry and its missions is important in consolidating Iraqi financial position," Issawi added.
