This is the day when the Iraq dinar will be exchanged on the open world markets'

It will mark the anniversary of when the new Iraq Diner was first introduce in 2003 there will be an exchange period in which the removal of the 25k dinar into multiple denominations of lower dinar value still equal to the 25k dinar.
