Barham Salih: Alliance of Kurdistan is the only party that is trying to install the article 140
Deputy Prime Minister Barham Ahmad Saleh, said that the Kurdistan Alliance bloc is the only one that is trying to install the article 140.
Saleh said that the views of NOAA Radio is trying to delay the adoption of Article 140 of the Constitution of Iraq under false pretenses.
He said, adding that most of the disputed areas administered by the Kurds, but he acknowledged that these areas will not be formally attributed to the Kurds, but after reaching a political consensus with the other by the work on the Iraqi constitution and the United Nations.
Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the Kurds stand against those who stand against Article 140 and the only condition for cooperation with the implementation of Article 140.
