The Central Bank of Iraq between hammer IMF and terrible legalized corruption
When the Central Bank activity by the overseer Paul paint in 2004 and the new banknotes have been printed for the Iraqi dinar exchange rate for the dollar the unique 1,500 dinars while raising the purchasing power of the Iraqi citizen, thought concerned with economic blessing through predictive analysis of future reality of the Iraqi economy and how to promote it, which requires Executive control through maintenance of economic activity rods headers and not to leave speculators (makers of financial and economic crises which victimizes the poor and middle classes) control of market mechanisms.
What I said above, I do not mean by a return to the totalitarian economy (not Socialist!) and absolute control of the State over all joints of the Iraqi economy and stripping the Central Bank of independence, but requires asadarkrarat and legislation by the Executive and legislative branches to assist Central Bank to stop smuggling and diversion of hard currency on the one hand and adjust the fast growing economic movement that would benefit and accelerate the overall development process.
One of the demands of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is to eliminate corruption and waste of public money as cancerous cells spread in structural administrative, economic and social.
Factors that helped to corruption and theft of financial resources and in the midst of chaos after the fall of the Baath regime, was the late Central Bank and four years by consolidating network information between all Iraqi banks through which the Central Bank can control the movement of criticism at home and abroad, and even after the practice of financial activity through that network, continued smuggling hard currency to cover legal through decisions made by the civil administrator. Those resolutions have helped the emergence of by unscrupulous traders layer (the scourge of national economy), who found in the resolutions under the broad space of thier destructive against the Iraqi economy, and now some Central Bank announced the members of the Finance Committee in the Chamber of Deputies the existence of an international plot to drain and destroy Iraq's financial capacity.
Question arises here — why does not write off paint and initiate resolutions new laws for the benefit of the Central Bank, its elimination by brokers and speculators intruder captures the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar? The answer is obvious is that those the intruders from dealers or brokers associated with an organic link with the Party of power!! And wipe means pieces of financial resources on those parties, and this would be, but preparations as soon as possible in order to join the WTO in the current circumstances, to complete the process of stifling the Iraqi economy and keep it economical consumer representatives and unilateral rental.
Permission need not blame Central Bank Iraqi dinar value fluctuations, because the problem ttmoda in the dominant political forces to power!
