President al-Samarrai, "the House of Representatives does not negotiate on behalf of the government, but his mission to find the right atmosphere and the follow-up to the Government Performance"


Mr. Iyad Samarrai, head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives 12-7-2009 Sunday afternoon press conference presented the results of his recent visit to the State of Kuwait.
