Finance Minister Bayan Jabr said the general budget for the year 2010 include a growth in the volume of investment funds, thus increasing the services provided to citizens.


Comes these positive developments with the Government's allocation of more than five trillion dinars to secure the ration card items and the provision of medicines next year.

Zubaidi said in a statement to the "morning": that "held a meeting with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives yesterday, to discuss the budgets of 2010 and laws to be adopted in the approval.

The Minister of Finance: "The meetings will continue with members of the Parliamentary Committee on the Assembly when approving the budget in Parliament during the current legislative session, noting that the 2010 budget advantage of increasing the volume of investment funds for the year 2009 and allocated to investment projects, pointing at the same time that the volume of funds for investment rose from 22 percent to 29.3 percent, which means that there is good growth rate in the volume of capital investment that contributes to increase the provision of services to citizens.

It is noted, according to the draft budget, escalating growth in many sectors, with the percentage of growth in expenditures on compensation of employees amounting to 2,24 percentage over the security and military spending 23,5 In the area of public services 38.48, either social services amount to a growth rate of 43.76 , a decrease in allocations to social benefits to more than 4 percent.

The Government has allocated $ 500 billion dinars within the emergency reserve funds to offset other expenses and the Federal Ministry of Finance, and more than Trliunin and a half trillion dinars for the development of projects, regions and provinces, including Kurdistan, according to the souls of all the counties and Mahromep.

And requires the bill to reduce salaries and allowances of members of the governing bodies of the four (Chairman of the House of Representatives and his deputies, the President and his two deputies and the Prime Minister and his deputies and the Chief Justice and his deputies) by 20 percent, and reduce the proportion of 10 percent of the salaries and allowances of members of the House of Representatives, Ministers and rank shall be fixed and agents of the ministry and the rank shall be fixed and advisers and rank shall be fixed and general managers and owners, and rank shall be fixed with special grades in the four governing bodies.
