Iraqi lawmakers question 2010 increase
Saturday, December 26, 2009 10:48 GMT A number of Iraqi lawmakers wondered about 2010 budget increase mainly that oil imports have not increased proportionally.
Iraqi Financial Minister Baqer Al Zubaidi clarified that the increase is based on a loan by the International Monetary Fund.

I wonder if its the 5.5 bln loan..that loan had stipulations on it...and was to be part of their 2010/2011 budget
