The Director-General of the World Trade Organization Pascal Lamy said Friday that out of the global crisis is not guaranteed during the current year, because of the effects caused by pumping large sums of public money in the financial system to avoid collapse. Lamy said about the possibility of the global economy out of the crisis during the year two thousand and ten, that the rapid ascent is not clear and supplying economic systems with public money has been the creation of bubbles must be settled. He added that the crisis has revealed the existence of three groups of countries in the world, the rich and those on their way to wealth and those that remain poor.
