In the meetings of Arab information ministers in Cairo: League of Arab States reaffirms its commitment to support Iraq .. And respond to Iraq's request to reconsider the mechanisms for monitoring and measurement of the missions

The League of Arab States, Iraq, its
commitment to supporting the development of the media at the level of
skills of journalists working in government institutions, on the basis
of the content of the resolutions of the Council of the University at
both the Summit
and Foreign Ministers, in application of the decision of the Council of Arab Ministers of Information (s / 278).

This came during the recommendations adopted by the Final Declaration of the Meeting of Arab
Ministers of Information in its forty-second session, which took in its
last week, the Egyptian capital, with the participation of a delegation
headed by Iraq, general supervisor of
the National Center for Information Mohammad Ali Hadi.

Mohammad Ali Hadi, in a speech at the meeting of Arab information
ministers in Cairo that "Maintzerna work at the level of the joint Arab
media even more than what awaits us at all other levels because much of
what we are experiencing serious challenges
and problems begin to address the complex Information ", referring to the consequences of the breakdown of boundaries between countries and cultures and the evolution of media and communication societies.

Mohammed stressed that "we have no order to enlarge the circle of the positive effects and reduce the negative effects of the wave of globalization, but the joint work and cooperation based on scientific competition away from the slogans and agitation enthusiastic dreamlike," stressing that "there is now, for the deletion of the other, or him, but to be the best alternative to provide effective that would attract audiences and fill our appetite for the acquisition of knowledge, and take into their own hands and progress towards the good. Under the recommendations made by the Standing Committee of the Media in the Arab League of Arab States to the Council of Arab Ministers of Information, which shares its business effectively in Iraq, the invitation of the Arab media, particularly satellite channels to avoid any tendencies of the media will harm the Arab countries of interfering in its unity and territorial
integrity, as well as the emphasis the importance of harmony with the
values of work of Arab media in the strategy for certain Arab media
and the documents approved by the University Council at the summit level, and in particular, to respect the principle of State sovereignty and ensure security, stability and maintenance of the values of unity and brotherhood, freedom and equality.

The Iraqi delegation had submitted a paper on the development of mechanisms to address the phenomenon of terrorism and extremist currents.

The text of the Cairo Declaration on the assignment of paper to the Standing Committee of Iraq to confront terrorism on the media level, the League of Arab States, in order to benefit from the proposals contained therein, and adopt a document of the League of Arab States.

The other hand, responded to inform the Standing Committee of the
League of Arab States to Iraq's request, which provides for a review of
mechanisms for monitoring missions accredited to the university abroad,
after the Iraqi delegation felt that the mechanisms currently used in
the missions do not verify compliance with the required controls in the
professional issues of monitoring, measurement
and documentation,
which led to the formation of the image are not realistic about the
situation in Iraq, which has seen great development on many levels.

The ministers endorsed the recommendation of the Arab media in Iraq this aspect.
