Kirkuk - Ceyhan oil pumping rate drops

An official source in North Oil Company who spoke under condition of anonymity said that oil pumping rates from Kirkuk northern oil field towards Ceyhan Turkish port dropped from 17000 barrels per day to 450000 barrels per day, i.e. 36%. The drop is due to a decr4ease in production rate in oil wells and the electricity shortage.
