الدباغ يعلن قرارات مجلس الوزراء Dabbagh announced Cabinet decisions
1. 1. أطلع مجلس الوزراء على الإستعدادات النهائية لتنفيذ التعداد وأشاد بالإنجازات المتحققة وأكد المجلس على أهمية إجراء التعداد السكاني المقرر سابقاً ودعا المجلس وزارة التخطيط الى عقد إجتماع موسع لمناقشة وحسم القضايا العالقة يحضره رئيس مجلس الوزراء ونائبيه والسادة الوزراء ذوي العلاقة وأمين عام مجلس الوزراء وأعضاء اللجنة المشكلة لمعالجة إدارة التعداد في المناطق المختلف عليها وممثلو الكيانات السياسية والإجتماعية بما يؤمن تعداداً فنياً وشفافاً. Briefed the Cabinet on the final preparations for the implementation of the census and praised the accomplishments achieved and the Council stressed the importance of a population census previously scheduled and called on the Council and the Ministry of Planning held an extended meeting to discuss and resolve outstanding issues will be attended by the Prime Minister and his deputies and the ministers involved and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers and members of the committee formed to address the management census in the disputed territories and representatives of political entities and social rights, including census provides technical and transparent.
2. 2. إصدار النظام رقم (9) لسنة 2010 نظام التعديل الثاني لنظام دور رعاية المسنين رقم (4) لسنة 1985 وذلك إستناداً الى أحكام البند (ثالثاً) من المادة 80 من الدستور والبند أولاً من المادة 105 من قانون الرعاية الإجتماعية رقم 126 لسنة 1980. System version number (9) for the year 2010 a second amendment to the system of nursing homes No. (4) for the year 1985 based on the provisions of clause (iii) of Article 80 of the Constitution and the item I of Article 105 of the Social Welfare Act No. 126 of 1980.
3. 3. لمناسبة عيد الفطر المبارك يعطل الدوام إعتباراً من يوم الخميس 9/9/2010 ولغاية يوم الأثنين 13/9 ويستأنف الدوام يوم الثلاثاء 14/9. On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr disables always beginning on Thursday, 09/09/2010 to Monday 13 / 9 and always resume on Tuesday, 14 / 9.
4. 4. الموافقة على تكليف وزارة الدفاع بالتفاوض مع الجانب البريطاني لإعداد مشروع إتفاقية تعديل إتفاقية التدريب والدعم البحري المنعقدة بين الحكومتين العراقية والبريطانية بما يؤمن حصر مهام الجانب البريطاني بالتدريب والتهيئة لمشروع تعديل الإتفاقية لعرضه على مجلس النواب للمصادقة عليها مع إشعار الجانب البريطاني بوجوب الإنسحاب من المياه والأراضي العراقية بإنتهاء مدة سريان الإتفاقية الحالية ما لم تحصل مصادقة مجلس النواب على مشروع تعديل الإتفاقية قبل ذلك التاريخ. Approval of the mandate of the Ministry of Defense to negotiate with the British side to prepare a draft agreement amending the Convention, training and naval support, held between the Iraqi and British as to ensure the inventory of the functions of the British side to training and initialization of the draft amendment to the Convention for submission to the House of Representatives for approval with notification to the British side should withdraw from Iraqi territory and waters the end of the the duration of the present agreement unless you get approval of the Council of Representatives on the draft amendment to the Convention before that date.
