The Asian leaders are already some major importers of Iranian oil a tour in the Middle East for the management of supply with growing tensions over Iran's nuclear plans, while European buyers would move to greater reliance on Arab producers in the state of implementation of European ban.

Khatibi said that Iran would consider any move to compensate oil Kanhyaz of Gulf oil producers as well as opponents of Western Iran.

Khatibi said in an interview with the East, addressed by Reuters, "If given the Gulf oil-producing green light to compensate for Iranian oil, these countries will be the main culprit behind what can happen in the region .. including the Strait of Hormuz."

He says, "should not cooperate with our Arab neighbors ... these adventurers will not be considered for these procedures look friendly."

The proposed European Union countries "grace periods" between one month and 12 months for existing contracts to allow the opportunity for companies to find alternative supplies of Iran before the start of the implementation of the ban.

Khatibi said a key element in Iran's team negotiating with OPEC that there is a good chance that the EU does not go ahead with its threat to impose a ban on imports of oil from Iran if it refused to support Arab producers.

He said Saudi Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi said on Saturday that the Kingdom is ready and has the ability to meet any increase in demand without reference to sanctions against Iran, while the Chinese Prime Minister visited Saudi Arabia to support the cooperation between China and the largest oil exporter in the world.

China is also the biggest buyer of Iranian oil imports more than half a million barrels per day of Iranian oil to fuel its economic growth, making cautious of angering Beijing and Tehran is opposed to sanctions against it.

Iran has threatened the second-largest oil producer in OPEC after Saudi Arabia produces around 3.5 million barrels per day to close the Strait of Hormuz, a vital shipping lane for oil trade sanctions if prevented from selling its oil.

Passed around a third of the oil transported by sea in the world through the Strait of Hormuz in 2009, according to U.S. Energy Information Administration and the U.S. warships patrolling the region to secure the traffic.

The United States said it would not tolerate any attempt to disrupt shipping in the Strait of Hormuz but the Iranian Navy commander Habibullah Sayari said that Tehran can control the Straits.

The news agency quoted Iranian official Sayari said, "Iran is continuing exercises to control the Straits."

They suspect the United States and its allies that Iran is trying to produce nuclear weapons while Iran insists it needs nuclear technology to generate electricity.
