Attributed the Minister of Finance Baqir Jabr al-Zubaidi, Iraq signed international agreements to obtain loans to financial to a lack of oil exports, among the ministry took action this year to avoid a financial and economic crisis in the coming years.
Zubaidi stressed that the inability of the Ministry of Oil to increase oil exports, led to the vulnerability of the Iraqi budget, especially during the last year due to falling oil prices worldwide, indicating that the actions taken by the Ministry of Finance helped to overcome the crisis without affecting the local economy.
