A Defense
Ministry spokesman Mohammed al-Askari said after the completion of the
withdrawal of U.S. troops outside the city, they began implementing the
second phase of the withdrawal plan from Iraq altogether.

The military said in a press conference that the U.S.
forces, now numbering about 130 troops will be in the next few months
to withdraw most of its troops out of Iraq, leaving only 35 thousand
U.S. troops
in camps outside the cities of Iraq.
Refusing to disclose the timetable for the withdrawal of U.S. troops
out of Iraq, stressing that the process will be in a few months only.

He pointed out the
military that the Iraqi government is currently negotiating with the
U.S. side on the purchase of military equipment in the possession of
the large U.S. military presence in Iraq
before the final withdrawal of
troops and leave Iraq.

hehehehe behind closed doors "ya'll need to leave BUT we need your stuff so how much $$, oh but ya'll really need to just "give" it to us as a "going away" present and don't let the door knob hit ya on the way out"
