Congratulated the Iraqi Council for Peace and solidarity to the Iraqi people marched through the completion of the liberation of the thirtieth of June, calling on Iraqis to more vigilant and cautious about what Ebih of criminal terrorists.

Lecture on Chapter VII of
the Charter of the United Nations and how to get out of Iraq under Tailth

by the Iraqi embassy in Beirut Saturday, a talk he gave to the President of the
Islamic University in Lebanon, Dr. Hassan in the presence of Chalabi, the Iraqi
Ambassador in Lebanon Omar Alborznge and a number of academic and diplomatic
figures and students. The lecture was the subject of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations
and how to get out of Iraq under Tailth the file in addition to

Chalabi said that it was the duty of the Iraqi government not to sign the
Convention on the withdrawal of forces with the American side before the exit
from Iraq under the chapter, but did so with promises sufficient assistance
from the United States.

According to Chalabi, some neighboring countries, seeks to keep Iraq under Chapter VII. With the UN Security Council adopted
resolutions to work continuously even after the Chapter VII ended the presence of international
forces on the ground in Iraq. Chalabi, as well as addressing the issue of debt and
compensation, explaining that the debt incurred by the former regime with all
countries are invalid in international law, stressing that the time has come
for the United States would honor its promises to Baghdad.
Meanwhile, the Iraqi
ambassador in Beirut, Omar Alborznge on the importance of the solidarity of the
Iraqi people, the Government and people of all sects and communities in order
to lead the country, building and construction.
At the end of the lecture Chalabi hope the government will
succeed in ridding the people of the scourge of Chapter VII to the source so that Iraqis can live
in peace away from the problems
