بان كي مون خلال اجتماع عقده مع وزير الخارجية العراقي هوشيار زيباري في
نيويورك بأن تقريره حول واقع الحال سوف يوضح بموضوعية الالتزامات التي
نفذها العراق والمتبقية منها وكيفية معالجة القضايا العالقة، مشددا على ان
الاوضاع السياسية قد تغيرت في العراق مما يتطلب مراجعة القرارات الدولية.

And Ban Ki-moon said during a meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister
Hoshyar Zebari in New York that his report on the reality of the
situation objectively will explain the obligations undertaken by Iraq
and the remaining and how to address outstanding issues, stressing that
the political situation has changed in Iraq, which could require a
review of the international resolutions.

It was stressed
during the meeting include the need to document and report the progress
made by the stabilization of Iraq in meeting its international
obligations and to indicate a specific time horizon for exit from Iraq
sanctions and the consequences of Chapter VII.

Don't believe this is a done deal by any means which is why Zebari is meeting with anyone and everyone that has input or a vote on this issue.

Agree Wind.....old Zebari is meeting everybody and their mother to get this thing moving, butI'm afraid he's not holding a very good hand due to the GOI not getting anything accomplished for themselves.
everybody can want all they desire....but sometime ya gotta earn it.....think this is true concerning the Chapter 7 removal and the UN.
