Dabbagh: the draft law the Iraq National Oil Company
. The government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said the Cabinet decided to approve the draft law the Iraq National Oil Company and to allocate it to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (60 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution taking into account all the recommendations of the Board Shura, observations and the State Ministry of Finance and the reference to the effect that the law is a statement issued by the Council of Ministers.

Dabbagh noted that the approval of the draft law of the Iraqi National Oil Company is to ensure the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources in the fields and the land allocated to them under the law on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq and to increase the production and development facilities and related facilities and working methods on the basis of efficiency, flexibility and competitiveness in order to maximize economic returns in these events for the benefit of the people and in accordance with recognized international standards which require the restructuring of the Iraqi National Oil Company as a wholly owned general of the State and the introduction of specialized structures within the organizational structure commensurate with the company's role in the management and development of oil fields producing paper and explored for oil and gas industry in Iraq.
