[b][i]There are many opinions on what one should do when the time comes to cash in. I would suggest that everyone have a plan and don't wait until the last minute to figure out,"What do I do Now". There is always going to be someone who has a better idea and be critical of whatever.. just use your best due diligence. The following is shall we say...For what it's worth.

We will use wire transfers to your bank. Open a (non - interest bearing checking acct. for this transaction only). This will not provide any other personal info of you. When you get back home..then you can withdraw and close this particular acct. This will reduce risk of your pvt information from be spread out. ( You will not know most of the people at your bank either)

How to carry your Dinar when travel is required?

As a past patrolman, police chief and Magistrate Judge I reccomend the following proceedures for transporting your future; When traveling it would be wise to go to the post office and purchase a sufficiant container for your dinar. Place your dinar (in container, box, envelope, etc) and then have it weighed for the correct postage amt. and purchase the stamps. From your home address to this exact address: Sales Department 100 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 950 Santa Monica, Ca. 90401 DO NOT WRITE "DINAR ON THIS ADDRESS ANYWHER! Be sure your return is on it also.

now here is why.. Any police officer in the US can ( in a traffic stop, accident) search anywhere within reach of the driver and occupants of a motor viehicle without warrent. Let say officer of podunk stops you and for whatever reason ask you to step out of the car and proceeds to search your car... and let's say he finds your dinar in an plastic bang, whatever and he has never heard of Dinar, but sees there is a lot and is strange to him.. he can detain you for suspicion of being a terroist. or let's say your in an accident and are uncounsious and leave in and ambulance.. the wrecker driver has just pulled your car (and belongings)(Dinar)to impound where it is searched and inventoried by the driver... he finds you dinar.. doesn't really know what it is..just knows it's some kind of money... folks this is a bearer instrument...it belongs to who has it! NOW..THE POSTAL PACKAGE YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR DINAR IN IS SEALED... WITH POSTAGE AND ALL YOU CASH-IN INFO INSIDE (BANKING INFO) IS A uspo MAIL AND CAN ONLY BE OPENED BY THE ADDRESSEE AND OR A us POSTAL INSP.. OR US MARSHALL! If not claimed it will be there for you when out of hospital.. or might have been mailed to Dinartrade and your money has been already wired to your acct. or if deceased your estate will have it. This works for when traveling thru customs and at airports... has been tested.

There is more will post later

Chitty.....THANK YOU!!! Very important information that needs to be noted!

[b] Please recheck with your bank; Re: How much they will take...may be problem
Last week I was at my bank ( a strong regional bank in texas ) and stepped in to say I to the President and friend for many years and he asked about the Dinar. After a few minutes he gave me a startaling statement of information.. To-wit: Lonnie, when you get to cash-in your Dinar, Please don't wire it here! I said What!...Why?.. He advised " We had a directors meeting and I mentioned to them that there may be a good influx of cash coming in to our bank around the end of the year" Of coarse they ask how.. and I told them of the Dinar and of the way you said by Fed wire and around how much. Did that ever cause a lengthy discussion.. This is the result..
"When a bank gets an accout deposit in excess of 1/2 million or more the Regulators requires the Directors to put more capital in their reserves to off-set the deposits. In this climate; the ability to raise capital is very difficult." We are even requesting CDAR holders to seek other ave's of deposit.. because we can't make any money because of low interest rates.. cost more to manage the accounts than we make.
I asked him what should I do? He stated about the only thing to do is use a Large bank like Chase, Boa, etc. I said they have almost went under once! he said the gov't bailed them out then.. they would do it again...I asked about the unlimited deposit on non-interest bearing checking acct's? He said the same reserve rule applies.
Folks.. I don't know what to tell you.. I sincerely hope we have the problem soon.. but it is a matter that
each of us need to address no matter where we are geographficly. WE definately need to use good due diligence. I feel that Trust is the order of the day, but "who".

If you fail to plan---then plan to fail

[b]Thanks for the info...this would break many of the small town "ma & pa" family own banks!!! I've always thought the top 4 major banks of the world would be able to handle dinar cash in holders...wells fargo, boa, chase, etc.

Chitty your full of info to think about...THANKS!

For your Consideration,

[b]Nice to see "professional" people will be in the New Mexico office.

I have a few question about this office...we talked in chat about it..the more I heard the more I liked the set up you have and so far I have told everybody I know NOT go to any of Ali's "temp" cash in office, just go to his two main offices. So if you can answer a couple of questions would be great:

1. There is a form we are to bring when cashing in...do you have a link to that form?

2. This form has our personal info on it, if it Faxed or Scanned to Dinartrade?

3. This one you might not be able to answer yet, but Is the office in a office building or a single building? I think for security I would rather have a multi floor level office building so nobody really know why I'm entering the building.

Thanks Chitty for your time on answering these, I have more but I'll wait for your reply first.

[b]MrsCK....question #1...http://www.fincen.gov/forms/fin104_ctr.pdf

question #2...nither one; at the end of each day a Armored courier will pick up the days reciepts ( Dinars that were exchanged ) and I might add there will be several hundred million or more a day,
and these forms will be in with certain other items (as per US Treasury)to go to main office.

Question #3... As a security expert Multi-floor anything is harder to protect. Too many places to hide and be undetected. Most banks are (on ground level in a multi-floor bldg) upper floors are admin and leased space. ( Hint) can't say for sure...but could be in vacant drive in bank bldg, could be in a casino resort (double secure) It will be posted.

food for thought.. what ever amount you have to worry about..imagine 1000 times that I will worry about everyday until armored couriers take it. When you are at my office. it will be a one on one while you are inside. I can only speak for me. what other office do is up to them.. However..Dinartrade has final approval.

Let me make sure I'm understand this:

We will be leaving our 104 form with you?
The 104 form will not be transmitted to Ali in any form? Then how will Ali get our info like bank account #'s, are you going to tell Ali over the phone?
A armored courier will come and pick up the 104 forms and dinars from you per day?

Plus if the 104 forms are left in the office over night, will there be security guarding them? or locked in a vault?

[b]Thanks for putting it on the table for us....I would rather have "professional" personal like you will be having then my information getting in the hands of truck drivers, waitress, or ex-con's that could write my info off my 104 form and come back later contacting me.

I also have faith in Ali, he has always been very professional and helpful with me but I question why a back ground check is not give on some that will be working in some of the "temp" offices. This is also a reason why I have told everybody to stay away from them.

But I feel your office is the ONLY TEMP office....I will endorse!!!!!!!!!

we will have a secure server from my office to DT/Santa Monica for appointment and and ID verification.

Your 104 is for the government. the original will be sent via the courior with dinar. I assure you you will be more secure at the office than you are in your bank, bed, and in secure area of airports and courts. From time of arrival In secure area there will be a officer at your side coming in and going out. Ck You can what if this to kingdom come. this is my future as well as yours... I am beginning to wonder it it all is worth it... I could cash in and say to heck with it.. but for 3+ yrs I have given my word... There won't be but about 3 people handleing transactions.. rest is security( state and local and What DT will have there also. You will tell DT more on the phone making appointment than I will.. I will have a ecrypted/secure server IT. Also Ali is a Treasury Lic'd agency!

[b]

Nothing...Nothing is or will be left overnite... nuff said as to office

AS far as back ground checks on people at officies... DT knows how many pimples is on my and anyone else's butt... and folks are free to always stand in a line for hours with no security other than cameras in or at the bank... The whole point is to get your dinars exchanged.

once again chitty, I'd like to thank you for all the valuable information that you have pass on to us. Need to go check my bank about the amount transfering over.

chittychittybangbang

It seems that our government is making it harder and harder on us..

Question: When this rv happens and let's say it comes in at a 1 to 1 rate. For example only.. you, me have a investment of 1 million that will be wire transfered to our respective (1) acct., and we are only insured at (any) bank to @250,000.00. Where or how to we protect it? Up to just recently you could wire up to 50 million into any non-interest bearing checking acct.. Not now.. no longer tag account. Inveatment brokerages will and can fee us to kingdom come...(they are comission oriented.

I am now leaning to exchange for some cash.. and used the CDARS program which is still FDIC protected to 50 million..

folks it not as easy as you might think to put a million dollars or more just anywhere

just my thoughts..for what it's worth

Thanks for the info

now what will I do ?

chittychittybangbang

one avenue is... treasury bills..google treasury direct...

w8tin

Chitty...After reading your post the other day about what bank to use for wiring purposes, I spoke to the manager of my bank. He advised that the bank could easily handle several million dollars - that he had just wired out 8.5 million an hour or so ago and had received wires of several million the day before. Now...I tried to explain to him what you had said about smaller banks. My bank is not BOA, Chase, Wells Fargo or HSBC..it is a smaller bank that has merged with another smaller bank...great service, the whole enchilada...however we did not discuss how the money would be protected/insured once there. That, I think, will take some planning. I am a rather cautious person so I originally thought I would simply put it in CDs and just live off of the interest after paying off what I owe, purchasing what I intend to purchase, etc. However I am concerned about the dollar, about leaving funds in any bank...

At any rate, I wanted you to know what my bank told me.

Thanks for all of the info you have shared.

Guest

Guest

Agree w8tin...I would be very happy to put my money in CD's and live off the interest of them....but now CD's don't seem that good. Plan B I guess I need to figure out.

littlekracker

ok..just to say, we were in Iowa the other day and the small bank there said up to $50 million dollar cd was insured...the bank was located in a walmart

chittychittybangbang

It's great to see folks checking things out... most smaller banks do participate in the CDAR programs.. an individual can deposit to 50 million..That one bank then opens accounts of up to the 250,000.00 dollar max limit in many other participating cdar banks.. you set the terms you need for your benefit.. you could have as many as 50 or more acct. around the state ..all handled by that one bank, and you get one monthly statement..all the while making interest...

However.. I highly advise you to see how your bank in your area ranks in strength.. there are about a 1000 banks on verge of failing on a day to day basis..check this site to check for your particular bank...D=weak & E= even weaker.. for what it's worth

www.weissratings.com/weakest
www.cdars.com then check your state

oh wow....thanks chitty for explaining CDARs, years ago I had researched into those.

I get a 404 error on this link: http://www.weissratings.com/weakest

So everybody just shorten it to: http://www.weissratings.com
More information then.

I have been reading Weiss newsletters for a few years...I would love to talk to them about setting up a investment account with them, if they do that.

w8tin

Hey CK...thanks for the shortened version of weissratings...i was getting an error code as well. AND thanks chitty for the info...i don't understand all of it, but am saving it in my docs and reading it. you would think with all of my education i would be able to figure this stuff out...but oh nooooooooooo....guess numbers, banking, etc. are just not my expertise! so i will defer to those, i.e. ck, you chitty, pan, wind, and all the other members who are obviously way ahead of me!
